Our Top Sire and Top Dam each year has been announced ever since our Outstanding Hunting Beagle Awards have been awarded (26 years ago). However, starting in 2002 we began awarding framed Certificates to the Top Sire and Top Dam as determined by AKC & CKC Licensed Trial Results reported to Better Beagling for each calendar year.
The winners of these awards, known as "Better Beagling International Top Sire" and "Better Beagling International Top Dam", are determined by the sire and dam with the greatest number of offspring placing in the same licensed trials reported to us for our Outstanding Hunting Beagle Awards.
Duplicate prizes will be awarded in case of a tie.
